Customer Service Process Lead
Job location(s): Istanbul Turkey or Pietermaritzburg South Africa
This position leads the Customer Service Process activity across all businesses. You will be responsible for Customer Services, as per Supply Chain organisation blueprint. You will be the indirect report for all Customer Services teams in each plant / country / region, and lead the activity within each team, and between the teams on all level. In 12-18 months’ time this will change to be the direct report for all CS teams. This role will be key in driving the SC activity from a country to a process focused organization.
As this is a new role, a key component will be to forge a team identity within the Customer Services function, and create a structure of Service Management and Order Management that ultimately serves the business needs. This needs to be aligned with the Commercial Go-to-Market offering and the Business Operations and Supply Chain (BOSC) blueprint.
Strategy & execution leadership, Customer interaction/business partnership, process improvement, service management, order management, data management, strategy monitoring (KPI's), people, talent, resource and budget management.
Graduate in Supply Chain related discipline
