Direct management of daily activities and outcomes of the Education sales team, including tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives, preparing reports as well as providing training, coaching, supervision and motivation to the team.

Manage, train and coach sales team to drive sales effectiveness.
Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on sales activities, tracking against targets, and other reporting requirements.
Establish, improve and ensure active management of team’s KPA’s with frequent feedback to the members.
Manage and motivate staff to perform their best.
Ensure there is appropriate and continuous team training.
Actively manage team well-being.
Drive sales targets provided by management.
Understand and be able to perform all phases of the sales process and sales cycle, including, for example, prospecting, initial contact, presentations, objection handling, competitor information, events and workshops.
Responsible for coordinating all relevant Education events and workshops.
Ensure sales team adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.
Provide reporting as and when required.
