Job Description:
Our client company supplies products and services to a wide-range of customers in the area of specialized connectivity, communication, electrical & automation.
Must have relevant tertiary education and qualification.
Minimum Procurement Diploma or similar
Experience in Syspro is essential and Netstock would be idea.
Must have previously held a Procurement Officer position.
Have worked for a company that has a large number of inventory items
International procurement experience would be a strong advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
Enquiry and negotiating for pricing and availability
Buy-out purchase orders – local and international
Stock ordering – local and international buying experience
Knowlege of foreign exchange
Receiving stock
Monitoring and releasing of backorders
Arranging transfers between Johannesburg and Cape Town warehouses
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have relevant tertiary education and qualification.
