Engineering Change Management Analyst
One of our Automotive Engineering clients based in Port Elizabeth is looking for a Engineering Change Management Analyst
Consolidation of ECR’s; ÄKO’s and Deviations in Avon.
Support the division with the creation, tracking and the approval of change request.
Pro-actively manage change request through to PTS meeting.
Compile, monitor and report on change request in approval process at the weekly ECR Meeting.
Ensure daily tracking of all change points.
Daily tracking of Over-due Avon response.
Lead, manage and develop a process to ensure compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
Continuously strive towards improving the quality of change request content.
Liaise with German counterparts.
Resolve all queries with responsible areas.
Presentation of Avon responses to ECR Meeting.
A formal 3 year Diploma / Degree, preferably with the following majors: Engineering / Logistics / Business Management / Finance.
German Language (Speak; Read & Write).
Experience with automotive components.
Experience in Avon system and Change Management Process.
Advanced administrative / organisation skills with a high level of detail-consciousness.
Present a structured thinking approach with sound problem-solving abilities.
Be analytically minded with the ability and inclination to work with detail.
Well-developed negotiation, co-ordination and analytical skills.
Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to communicate well at all levels.
Good presentation skills.
The ability to negotiate and form sound working relationships at all levels.
Exhibit a solution-oriented approach and be able to operate effectively under pressure to meet set deadlines.
Be innovative, resourceful and action-orientated.
Be a team player, yet be able to work and manage own output independently to meet high quality standards.
Display excellent computer literacy skills with comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Ability to add value and be pro-active in advancing the interests of the Division.
Prior and current Management / Leadership references to confirm attributes.
