Duties & Responsibilities
Executive PA We are seeking highly efficient Executive Personal Assistants to provide a variety of administrative tasks and support functions to Senior Level managers. Your experience and enthusiasm will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timeous support to the client. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: • Diary Management • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements • Preliminary drafting of correspondence on the manager’s behalf • Liaising with clients competently on the manager’s behalf • Preparation of presentations • Preparation of documents for meetings • Planning and organising events • Take action points and writing minutes • Managing ad-hoc projects Requirements: • Must be totally proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication • Minimum of 10 years in a similar Executive Assistant role • Excellent MS Office knowledge • PA Diploma or certification • High organisation skills • Flexible and self-motivated • Discrete • Proactive and “go the extra mile” • Attention to detail essential • Exemplary and accurate typing skills Should you possess all of the above attributes, please submit application through our website portal, with attached CV in word format.
