Duties & Responsibilities
A reputable global leader urgently seeks to appoint a highly skilled Employee Benefits Sales Professional to join their new team. We are looking for an individual who has exceptional experience with regards to Employee Benefits and who has a proven track record building a corporate client base.
You will be introducing the broad suite of services including medical, life, disability, retirement and flexible benefits across consulting, broking and advisory services to companies who have a need for such services.
Working closely with the relevant market and client executives across the SA business, you will be responsible for helping grow a portfolio of clients. Building relationships with senior individuals across existing clients and raising the profile of the company will be a core aspect of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed all sales targets
- Create and drive revenue growth
- Develop long term relationships with customers and develop account plans with new relationships
Package & Remuneration
R 25000 CTC - 35000 CTC plus Commission
