Restaurant / Production kitchen in Pta North is looking for a Food Technologist – Applicants must have 3+ years relevant experience, a tertiary qualification will be beneficial. Must be skilled in the production, preservation, quality control, research and development of the food products. We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of food technology, nutrition, food quality, food safety systems and ISO standards. Fulltime position. Salary R 10000 – 15000 net negotiable.
