Leading Retail Butchery is looking to appoint a Butchery Manager. The Store consists of a Butchery and Deli and has a staff compliment of 124
Duties & Responsibilities
Overall management of the Store (Mostly Butchery)
Taking stock
Procurement
Costing
Block tests
Administration
Staff training
Staff discipline
Pricing and controlling of pricing
Managing cutting and merchandising of stock
Responsible for a staff compliment of 124 staff members
Waste control
Stock rotation
Achievement of sales and Gross profit
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have extensive experience in managing a big Butchery with a large staff compliment
