An exciting career opportunity exists in Somerset West, Western Cape for a Service Manager within the Automotive environment. If you have the following behavioural competency and experience, we look forward to receiving your application.
Please note: This position must be filled urgently and candidates must be available to start as soon as possible.
Duties include the following, but not limited to:
Manage all aspects of the Service Department in order to ensure achievement of Customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty and goals related to service excellence, volume and profit;
Create and implement Customer Enthusiasm, Owner Loyalty and Marketing strategies to develop existing & new service business;
Manage Service Department profitably through Financial Controls and Resource allocation.
Establish and maintain systems to ensure departmental effectiveness and profitability;
Establish Customer enthusiasm ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high
Customer Satisfaction Index; and;
Lead, develop and motivate staff.
Relevant Tertiary qualification in Automotive Mechanical Management with knowledge of modern workshop systems;
Management and self-driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability.
Application of Policies & Procedures, Warranty / Insurance Knowledge, Brand / product and program
Knowledge, Financial analysis and Teamwork;
Strong communication skills.
Salary: Market Related
