Our client a leader in the B2B services in the Food and Beverage industry seeks sales staff to join their team.
Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
A pleasant phone voice is also essential as well as possessing strong sales skills.
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Close sales and achieve targets.
Maintain and expand your database of customers.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Learn and comprehend all products offered by the company, including product specifications, pricing options, product solutions, as well as ordering, delivery and billing processes.
Induct the customer by accurately and thoroughly explaining product pricing, billing, returnable bottles and bottle deposits, consumables re-ordering processes and equipment exchanges on faults.
Basic negotiable depending on experience, plus a target commission structure.
Achieve a minimum of R5’k gross profit for the company per month.
Achieve a gross profit for 3 months that exceeds the reps cumulative basic cost to company
Maintain a high standard of customer engagement quality both with regard to conversation and elocution.
Follow advise and maintain improvements directed by Quality Assessment.
Be able to adapt and improve customer engagements and sales pitches as required.
To gain sufficient information from a lead to understand what may be the best solution for them.
Confirm all lead details and logistical restrictions with regards to deliveries.
Source new customer leads.
Load all leads onto DTS prior to contacting. Ensure that once a lead is loaded onto DTS that there is no existing account to prevent duplication and interfering with existing business relationships
Ensure that all leads are of sufficient quality so that the customer remains with the company for at least 12-months.
Maintain vigilance with targeting appropriate clients.
