Job Description:
The Learning Experience Designer (LED) is responsible for both the pedagogical and technical aspects of creating the company courses for classroom, technology-based and blended learning environments. While not necessarily a subject matter expert, the LED will work with the company Learning and Development Professionals, Training Officers and other subject matter experts, where necessary, but will be ultimately responsible for the development and quality control of the company course content. LED will investigate and guide the creation of high-impact and high-value learning experiences and journeys that help learners fulfil prioritized learning requirements in a user-centred and goal-directed manner, in line with the defined company learning journey and experience.

Minimum Experience:
3-5 years in a Learning and Development or Human resources capacity
Educational, Human Resources or Learning and Development (L&D) qualification
3-5 years’ exp as an instructional designer
3-5 years’ exp as a facilitator or educationalist
3-5 year’s exp in learning technologies and digital learning tools
Learning and digital media courseware
Knowledge of adult education principles and design methodologies
