Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking a Portuguese speaking Learning and Development Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contact.
Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitation of grievance and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance of all labour legislation, contracts of employment and employment terms and conditions.
Represents Human Resources at internal grievance and disciplinary hearings and prepares supporting documentation.
Advises staff and management on appropriate policy and procedure; rule and regulation in relations to a disciplinary issues
Researches case law to keep abreast and provides a Training and Support function to all involved in the IR process.
Perform needs analyses, curriculum design when necessary, preparation of training material, costing, and presentation of training as required.
Plan and implement training of staff, supervisors or managers, as indicated by the Training Plan, or as requested from time to time.
Collates information for Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports.
Compilation of Annual Training Budget Regionally
Monitor the Training Plan for regionally and ensure that all training indicated is implemented.
Performs and co-ordinates Generalist Human Resource practices and activities.
Monitors, reports, and advises staff and management on Performance Management.
Provides an advisory and support function to line management and employees on general staff performance
Ensure that Performance Appraisal are conduct at the relevant times and submitted to HR
Record and Performance Appraisal documentation
Implement HR outcome from these appraisals
Compilation of statistics for various legislative reports.
Arranges and co-ordinates meetings and functions for the HR Department e.g. workplace forum and Month of the months awards
Performs other HR duties and projects as may be required and assigned from time to time and in accordance with the company’s standards and policies
Guide and Support the performance management system;
Identify and address Performance Management training and support requirements.
Participate in the interactions with the Employees representatives and trade unions to enhance and maintain the relationship in accordance with existing agreements and legislation;
Provide line managers with the necessary guidance to facilitate a conducive working environment;
Utilise developed skills to identify possible conflict situations and advise on the appropriate pro-active actions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Industrial Psychology.
3-5 years of working experience in a HR environment
Solid SAP HR Experience
