With offices around the world, a leading rubber manufacturing company responsible for producing one of the most iconic tyre brands has an opportunity for a Group Manager to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyse market trends and sales results in order to provide valuable, relevant information to management and the sales force that enable strategic decision making and direction. Support the Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain functions in facilitating sales orders, pro-actively streamlining procedures and systems, analyse the drivers of demand to generate forecasts for all market products, assisting in achieving operational goals and agreed strategic business objectives, while still in touch with customer needs.
Minimum tertiary education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Pricing
7-10 years working in sales planning environment
Valid Driver’s License
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong products and business knowledge
Attention to detail
Possible to facilitate and lead various stakes
Package & Remuneration
Remuneration of R620k to R900k per annum
