Administrative / Call Centre / Office Support
Wage / Salary:
R - Market Related - P/M (Per Month)
Duties & Responsibilities
Answering calls and taking detailed information for quoting purposes
Do quotations and follow up on them
Assist in ordering materials from suppliers
Manage petty cash
Send email updates to Director
Assist in scheduling technicians to jobs and liaising with the customers in relation to the job
Assist technicians with stock requirements
Collect and sort relevant paperwork and submit to head office for processing
Desired Experience & Qualification
Have own transport to Ballito area
Have several years of experience in office administration?
Have good computer skills, Word, Excel and Email
Have a good telephone manner
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work under pressure
Must be available to work overtime
