Job Description:
A company based in Durban South is looking for an HR Officer with 3 years' experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
General HR functions including:
IR
Liaising with union employee reps
Handling disciplinary enquiries and related
All statutory reports, eg. EE, ATR, etc.
Coordinating the recruitment function
HR admin and queries
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
A related tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Must have 2-3 years' general HR experience
Package & Remuneration
R 120 - 150 k p.a.
