Job Description:
Established fruit exporting concern is seeking to employ a Product Coordinator who will be focused on the Operational side of the business. This position would suit a recent B.Comm graduate
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Intakes (Ensure correctness of pallet fruit spec and doing corrections)
Follow up on receiving all the applicable Consignment notes for record purposes.
Saving all Consignment Notes in designated folder on the network.
Dispatch and transfers (import transfer files and ensure correctness of pallets fruit spec)
Stock management
Loading instructions
Loading notifications
Doing recons to validate information on Export system.
Requirements:
Min B.Comm degree
Fully bilingual (Afr / Eng)
All applicants must live close to the Paarl area
Own transport and licence
Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
