A role exists for a Trust and Wills Manager (Process Coordinator) to oversee the daily operations of Trust and Will processes between the Managerial, Legal and Actuarial Teams and the Client.
To ensure processes and procedures are adhered to on time and according to rules and regulations
Duties & Responsibilities

To be successful in this Trust Senior Administrator / Manager role you'll need:
Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail,
Able to carefully listen to and understand the needs of clients to meet their individual requirements.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and the ability to adapt your style to meet your audience
Passion to put the clients' needs at the forefront of everything you do
Proven track record with Trust and Estates.
Liaise with external and internal clients, financial institutions and any other relevant parties
Attend to various queries with various parties
Daily follow-ups with clients and third parties
Ensure that client accounts are paid
Ensure withdrawal instructions are attended to and arrange for authorizations
Attend to the Wills.
Assist Director with any and all other admin related affairs as it relates to deceased estates, Wills and Trusts
Duties and Responsibilities
Review Trust relationships
Trust and Wills Administration
Compile and process documentation
Attend to Estate reporting
Support clients with a range of trusts, acting as point of contact and ensuring all requirements are met
Undertake a diverse array of specialist processing duties, and act as the day to day point of contact for clients where you'll strive to develop strong relationships based on transparency, trust, and simplicity.
Providing a world class customer experience through a deep understanding of individual client needs
Communicating necessary information and professionally managing client expectations
Maintaining your high level of industry knowledge in order to provide swift solutions
Proactively identifying and managing any potential risk and issues
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience working within the Financial services Industry with a Large Corporate
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
5-7 years relevant experience
