You provide expert knowledge of the client’s internally developed software tool as well as the investment process. You enhance the client experience with personalized solutions that suit every client journey.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide first line support to clients via phone, email, online and face to face meetings
Ensure swift and thorough solutions anytime something doesn’t go 100% according to plan
Facilitate engaging training sessions to help clients feel confident in the proposition
Monitor client portfolios to ensure relevant legal documents such as investor mandates (contracts) are correctly uploaded and filed
Strategic and creative thinking to suggest improvements to productivity and processes
Record and relay client feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech, marketing, operations and asset management in order to constantly improve the client experience
Maintain an expert-level knowledge of our investment processes and internal tools as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the industry
Assist with ad hoc inter-function projects as required (e.g. ad hoc assistance to the COO with client servicing process improvements)

The successful candidate will have/be:
Commerce related degree (or about to graduate) or any degree supported by further (not negotiable)
Strong interpersonal skills, you are friendly, empathetic, a good listener and you are invigorated by constant personal interaction
Excellent computer skills (Word, excel, PowerPoint and General IT Skills)
Proven intellect and numerate mind with a high level of commercial and financial acumen
Team player who works well with a wide range of personalities and is ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Skill to manage and leverage internal resources to meet your deliverables
Creative problem-solving abilities
