Express Employment Professionals Durban North is currently looking for Quality Assurance / SHEQ Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance and implementation of the Food safety system FSSC22000/ ISO 22000/ISO22002 including Quality assurance and control.
Manage all Quality assurance & control aspects relating to quality complaints, product specifications, COA/COC, with relevant staff reporting.
Quality Manuals, Policies & procedures, Appointments, Management review, food safety meetings, auditing, calibration, non-conformances, Audits, process flows, GMP’s, PRP’s, etc
Internal & External Audits.
Maintenance and implementation of the FSC CoC Forestry system (raw materials to finished product traceability).
Customer Specific Quality Audits
Develop, Implement and Evaluate the Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) program which ensures compliance with all the relevant legal and regulatory requirements to the business.
Logging and reporting of all incidents, IOD’s. Leading all Investigations and reporting of injuries and incidences and timeously and appropriately produce and implement the correct mitigating measures
experience in obtaining, developing and implementing quality certifications such as ISO, food safety, forestry etc
Schedule and implement regular Risk assessment/ Inspections to ensure accurate identification and assessment of risk and potential consequences (HIRA )
Liaising with all authorities, dept of labour,
To instill a culture of safety and risk management through example and the appropriate training interventions.
Experince in labels/printing idustry would be advantageous
Managing a saff compliment of +/- 6 people
All matters relating to SHERQ. SHERQ awareness and improvement.
Package & Remuneration
R25 000 - R40 000 depeinding on experince
