Fulfilling overall maintenance & project responsibility for both the company sites.
Responsible for company Engineering KPI’s and impact on O.E.E performance
Responsible for the company annual maintenance budget.
Responsible for company capital budget and project activities
Responsible to develop, monitor and manage all engineering contractors against set standards.
Play an active role in HSE, TPM and Quality systems, procedures and continuous improvement activities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (min: 6+ years maintenance management experience in chemical / petrochem / glass or related industry) or
Btech / NHD in Mechanical Engineering with Government Certificate and 10 years Maintenance management experience.
Demonstrate effective engineering maintenance and project management skills
Demonstrate good problem solving skills
Goals orientated person who is capable to introduce process improvements and has capability to coach others.
Good communication with strong report writing and computer skills
Furnace refractory knowledge / experience an advantage.
Prepared to work shifts when required
Code 8 driver’s licence
