Corporate company in the Financial Services Market is looking for a person who is very involved in educating clients via their well establiched on-line academy. Someone that can come up with the idea of how to use the academy website and what content is needed to trigger interest. This is an operational role for a strong corporate individual who has been involved in deciding what is necessary to say for new clients to educate them on the academy.
In a nut shell - Content creation for Client Education and strategic client focus. Previous experience in a financial service company will be an advantage.
Work with the Global Head of Customer Experience to define, execute and run a global educational marketing plan to drive growth and support the company's vision of creating the world’s best trading experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Help research, develop and implement an education strategy across the brands
Ensure education is delivered in various formats (may include written, video, webinars, skills, tutorials, infographics, blogs, e-books) across the correct delivery channels, targeting the right audiences with the right education and weaving it into the wider customer experience
Work closely with internal content delivery teams and external partners where necessary to ensure best-in-class educational content
Report on impact of education improvements and content innovation has on key organizational KPIs
Ensure new brand tone and voice is carried in content and education
Goal focus –
1) Create a coordinated global Group education strategy
2) Raise client engagement and longevity as a trader
3) Improve brand awareness - as the go to for trading education
Desired Experience & Qualification
Ability to conduct research, identify market trends, think strategically and innovate
Understanding of a products and content and educational design around products
Experience creating or commissioning content and education targeting the client
Strong written communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple regions
Experience managing and driving results across multiple content mediums (written, video, live events etc) and multiple delivery channels (web, app, social, audio etc)
Proven ability to innovate with content, with a desire to disrupt
Previous experience commissioning and managing third-party content relationships
