Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates work with executives and support staff to ensure a high performance customer service-oriented work environment.
Acts as liaison in coordinating matters between the General Manager’s Office and other department heads and managers.
Prepares and drafts memoranda, correspondence, and other documents and reports often of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
Prepares schedules, agenda, meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings.
Maintains the General Manager’s calendars; coordinates, arranges and confirms meetings.
Receives telephone calls, providing information and handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound, independent judgment.
Performs other reasonable duties assigned but not limited to: Event planning, ordering of stationery and refreshments, booking of flights and accommodation, telephone call screening, processing expense claims etc.
Researches and compiles information from a variety of sources for the preparation of reports and correspondence for the General Manager.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Secretarial Diploma or equivalent would be advantageous;
3 years experience in a similar role.
Attention to detail;
Good communication and relationship building skills;
Analytical and problem solving;
Excellent time Management Skills;
Must be able to work under pressure;
Must be dedicated, organized, passionate and a team player;
Principles and practices of sound business communication;
Fluent in English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation;
Foundation principles and practices of effective supervision will be advantageous;
