Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a BA to join their team. You will be supporting the business in developing and managing internal processes and delivering business solutions i.e. analysis, solution implementation, software support, project management delivery etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification
A degree or recognised Diploma in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information System
Dynamics 365 qualification advantageous
Experience with software development life cycle management
At least 5 years experience in software implementations
General experience with CRM and working on CRM implementations essential (Dynamics 365 advantageous)
Knowledge of Trust and Beneficiary fund environment
