Duties & Responsibilities
To demonstrate and successfully execute the following:
Design, development, amendments and peer-review of academic modules, with a particular focus on modules in the Management and Leadership faculty.
Leading the screening and selection processes institutionally.
A member of the Research and Ethics Committee (REC).
Teaching and Scholarship promotion, with a particular emphasis on programmes within the Management and Leadership faculty.
Desired Experience & Qualification
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Organisational or Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Higher Education, preferably combined with industry experience.
Curriculum development experience: learning design and ability to develop and refine module materials. Relevant legislative knowledge of DHET/CHE/SAQA and able to design and develop programmes aligned with the requirements of the HEQSF.
Strong leadership competencies.
