Financial Manager - 5* Hotel
Our Client is a leading hotel based at Century City.
They have an opportunity for an accomplished Financial Manager who will:
Oversees the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, tax returns and compliance reports for the business.
Be responsible for current accounting standards and government legislated regulatory requirements, and the audits that are necessary to ensure compliance.
Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including maintaining an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
To qualify, you will need:
Minimum five years’ experience in a financial management role
Industry related experience will be an advantage
Proficient in Excel, Pastel, Sage VIP
Proficiency in Opera and Micros is advantageous
Good communication and report writing ability
The ability to manage the finance team
Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
