Our client, based in Brakpan, has a vacancy for a SYSPRO Internal Sales Administrator who pays attention to detail, able to multi-task and works well under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities
Deal with clients - walk ins and telephonically Communicate with sales reps Capturing orders Communication with logistics and booking trucks for delivery Co-ordination of sales and subordinates Follow up with clients Daily communication with management Daily and monthly reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Matric Minimum 5 years in internal sales and admin Customer orientated with excellent interpersonal skills Basic understanding of the construction / steel industry Excellent verbal and written skills SYSPRO experience crucial Systems driven Must be a team player with good product knowledge Know how to take orders electronically Well organized and responsible with a problem solving aptitude Able to pay attention to detail, multi-task and work under pressure Be independent thinking and independent decision-making
