Credit Controller - Roseville, Pretoria - Urgent
Debtors Book Incumbent: +/- R 2.5 Million and the number of clients amounts to +/- 380 accounts
Our client, a leader in fully integrated records and information management (RIM) in South Africa and selected African countries, has an opportunity for a Credit Controller in Pretoria. Our client offers stability, development, growth along with an excellent working environment. The incumbent has to be available to work extended hours as per operational requirements and has to have excellent business English, both verbal and written.
Purpose of job:
To manage allocated debtors (specific accounts) of the debtor’s book. My client has 4 Credit Controllers and 1 Supervisor. The company has a total of 1800 accounts in their Debtors Books.
Key Responsibilities includes but will not be limited to the following:
Actively collect payment according to payment terms.
Performs reconciliations of allocated accounts on a daily basis.
Maintains accurate and complete client information on the system.
Processes payments, bank deposits and journals as required.
Deals with and responds to all related client queries.
Adhoc duties and responsibilities may be assigned
No supervisory responsibility
Accounting Diploma or equivalent would be an advantage
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum of 5 years’ credit control experience
Strong collections experience

Salary: R 15 000.00 TCP – Negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience. An additional incentive will be given each month if the Incumbent’s Debtors book is up to standard and meets the necessary criteria. The rand value of the Incumbent’s Debtors Book will be +/- R 2.5 Million and the number of clients amounts to +/- 380 accounts.
