Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
Must be able to function independently
Must have reliable transport and valid drivers license
Matric
CompTIA A+ & N+
MCSE / MCITP
Duties:
Handle Technical Stock
Maintain Jobcards and basic administrative duties
HP Process
Technical Diagnosis
Repairs
Advice onsite or walk in customers
Technical stock and job deliveries
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing technical stock and prepare stock for dispatch or installation
Handle tender and quote documentation
