Desired Experience & Qualification
Monitor and ensure portfolio on time service delivery as per the contract and SLA's
Pro-actively interact and engage with the client.
Manage allocated portfolio with regards to growth, retention, profitability and any other business relevant factors, ensuring portfolio performance targets are achieved.
Leading, facilitating, developing and implementing relevant portfolio process improvements.
Ensure IMS compliance and Health & Safety is a primary function and all mechanisms, processes and procedures are in place, monitored and adhered to at all times.
Management of the portfolio budget, ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to financial management, controls and expenditure authorization levels.
Ensure effective monitoring of performance related to time, quality management and standards.
Monitor the productivity of all staff and assets.
Ensuring through Supply Chain that the portfolio has competent and diligent service providers.
Ensure optimum utilization of available resources in various maintenance works
Continuously monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff.
Identify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions.
Manage back to back SLA agreements with suppliers and contractors.
Manage operations within allocated budget
Manage technical staff performance and facilitate improvement.
Responsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of technical staff.
Engage with the Clients Technical Specialist to ensure all Client technical and Operational matters are addressed.
Ensure All Plant equipment is in line with statutory limits and compliant in terms of OHS.
Duties & Responsibilities
B-Tech or Degree in Engineering: Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related formal qualification
Matric (Senior Certificate)
Valid SA Driver's License
5yrs relevant engineering experience in maintenance engineering, CRM, Property Management & Facilities Management
Engineering maintenance, CRM & Property Management
MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP knowledge
OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems
