A leading International firm is seeking sales and target driven individuals with great communication and presentation skills that can work shifts in the property sales market to drive new business and close deals. A Degree or Diploma and sales experience a requirement for this position.
An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for pre sales, and new business development. You will communicate
with customers, make outbound calls, follow up on leads, present product demonstrations, close sales,
and continue to identify sales opportunities through the sales cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Telephones prospect to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
Set and schedule designated times to present product lines to customers through virtual presentation
methods outlined by management
Prospect, qualifies, follow up and generates sales
Continually follows up with new and existing customers to close additional purchases and retain client
Works closely with Support, Management, and Marketing to strategize, qualify, close, and maintain sales
Responds to requests from customers for information and give online presentations
Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the Real Estate industry
Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports using clearslide/ Gmail
Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, finance or related fields.
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, customer success..
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Sales Objectives: Daily
Actively call to schedule any additional appointments to fill your calendar for the week; 16 scheduled and
confirmed prospect demonstrations on your calendar daily
Update freshsales and record Activity notes of each prospect to be completed in real time, daily
Send a minimum of 50 Emails to prospects
Present 6 demonstrations
