Duties & Responsibilities
Our client in the Financial Services Industry is seeking Client Service Administrators to join their team. You will be responsible for answering calls, providing telephonic assistance, return calls, updating and verifying client information, translate written correspondence into English etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Min 2 years contact centre experience
Must be able to speak, read and write:
x1 position: English and Venda, with Tsonga and/or Shangaan
x9 positions: English and a minimum of Three of the following languages: Xhosa, Zulu, Sesotho, Siswati, Setswana, Tsonga
