Intermediate Graphic Designer
Duties & Responsibilities
Opportunity for an Intermediate Graphic Designer with 3+ years working experience to join a well-established Corporate Printing and Production firm +- half an hours drive from Pretoria-East towards Delmas area.
Job Overview:
The core focus of this role will be to conceptualize and execute the visual aspects of editorial content, in print and digitally, on behalf of clients to specific briefs, all within strict deadlines. Strong typographical and layout design skills and interest in print design trends.
Minimum requirements:
Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (Adobe Suite) for PC and MS Office
Diploma or Degree of 3+ years in graphic design
3+ years working experience (Non-negotiable)
Once concept is approved, roll out the elements to complete the campaign
Competence and experience in typesetting a variety of publications - from flyers to manuals, posters
Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision, multitask and manage a publication from design to print.
Experience in checking printer proofs and sending publications to repro/print would be advantage
Working hours: Monday-Friday from 07:30 – 16:30
