Our client is looking for a Business Analyst. this role is responsible for providing the requirements and processes needed in order for our business unit to build a world-class B2C gaming operations. This includes systems for Customer Service, Marketing, Website development, Live event processing, Risk management, Banking platforms as well as 3rd party integrations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
• Requirements gathering:
o Liaise with business stakeholders to document business requirements and processes effectively.
o Elicit requirements from one-on-one discussions with the Business.
o Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with the Business.
o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze information needs, functional requirements and business processes.
• Requirements documentation:
o Create and design high quality, lean specifications as requested by the business stakeholders.
o Define functional requirements of systems to improve quality, performance, external interfaces, and constraints.
o Outline requirement specifications with the use of standard organizational templates and tools.
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand and define the requirements landscape in order to address the business need.
o Interpret high level Business briefs into detailed requirements.
o Produce requirements documentation in a format that stakeholders understand.
o Have thorough knowledge of documentation methods, processes and best practices as described in the BABOK.
• Requirements vision:
o Manage requirements and ensure they are stored in a central repository and kept up to date.
o Make contributions in the development of test plans and perform test execution if required.
o Understand the commercial importance of changes or new features.
o Drive and challenge Business Units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
o Review and improve existing processes.
o Serve as the intermediary between the business and other internal and external stakeholders.
o Maintain awareness of broader context of assigned work.
o Understand the impact of product and operational changes within the broader context.

• 2+ years’ experience within Business Analysis or related field
• Software skills:
o Proficient with MS Office applications.
o Proficient with wireframing tools.
o Proficient with BA modelling tools.
• Experience documenting requirements and processes
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge and experience of working with Agile Scrum delivery methods
• Business Analysis related qualification or certification
