Ensure that current and future plans are aligned with the business objectives.
Effectively Programme Manage the system implementation projects, ensuring that targets are clearly defined and managed.
Work collaboratively with the other IT operational teams to ensure that the IT provision is meeting business expectations.
Establish effective communications with business, ensuring that IT is meeting their expectations.
Create a development strategy that supports new business opportunities, including cost model and functional outline.
Management of Unified Communications IT team, to providing clear structure and direction the team consists of CIC Administrators.
Manage and report on all Telephony platforms
Daily / Weekly reporting
Availability management
SLA management and reporting
Implementation and optimisation of all Telephony platforms
Maintain and optimise physical and virtual Telephony environments Design, plan, implement and optimise environment Capacity resource Management Monitor and troubleshooting business services Support
Provide 3rd Level Support to business CIC users Provide in depth fault analysis and resolution Implementation IT Related projects
Perform project tasks within allocated time frames Allocate physical resources required for implementation Perform testing and final implementation Mentorship
