Roofing Site Foreman
Witbank
R 5 000.00 to R 7000.00 per month + 5% Profit base commission structure
Duties & Responsibilities
a Construction company specializing in roofing is seeking to employ a Site Forman to join their team.
Minimum requirements:
Experience in Hand Tools and Electrical Tools a must
Knowledge in general Maintenance -Plumbing/Electrical/Ceiling/Roofing/Partitions/Building/Tiling
Own Transport - Company vehicle only available for company travel
Needs to be physically involved, not just supervising
Duties will include but not limited to:
Quotations / Sales
Site preparations and Budgeting
Repairs as per requirements
Follow ups with clients
Responsible for assigned team and Equipment
Ensure Sites are completed in time
