Job Description:
Our Client is looking for a Business Analyst Lead with an Appropriate ICT degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Informatics qualification at NQF7 or Professional Diploma or Certificate in Business Analysis
Duties & Responsibilities
Must have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in full systems lifecycle from analysis, through to design, build and implementation
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Required skills and knowledge
Knowledge and ability to translate requirements into user stories process diagrams and data flows
Knowledge and understanding of project scoping, planning and prioritization
Knowledge of and experience working in an Agile environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated inclination and willing to challenge the status-quo
Ability to obtain descriptive and exhaustive requirements from stakeholders
