Duties & Responsibilities
1-2 years telesales experience
Experience in selling insurance products will be advantageous
Managed multi KPI campaigns
Experience of setting up new campaigns by engaging with Data, Dialler and MI teams.
Good working knowledge of dialler metrics and how to identify areas for opportunity.
Flexible and independent with a people focused approach.
Experience in leading and developing individuals.
Lead through example.
Strong analytical abilities.
Pro-active can-do attitude.
An even temperament and a natural ability to communicate with people and the ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minumum of 1-year Financial Services Sales or Insurance team leader within a call centre enviroment
FAIS Non negotiable
RE1 & RE 5 is advantageous
