Desired Experience & Qualification
Attending to HR matters.
Attending to procurement of equipment, services and supplies.
Processing Petty Cash and Petrol Reconciliations.
Maintaining an Assets Register and doing quarterly inventory of assets and reporting.
Assisting with drafting of letters, correspondence, or notices.
Assisting the Estate Manager with HOA inspections and compliance monitoring.
Assisting with owner and contractor engagements.
Assisting with registrations on the biometrics and combo systems.
Facilitating and coordinating the cleaning of stands.
Providing relief and support to the front end office.
Duties & Responsibilities
Grade 12 - HR/Procurement administration qualification or similar will be advantageous
Must have OWN transport and a valid driver's licence.
Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
Must be proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Be professional, customer focused and well presented
Work positively under pressure, prioritise tasks and manage tight deadlines
High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
