KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
PHARMACEUTICAL / SUPPLY CHAIN / DISTRIBUTION
Leading Pharmaceutical Distributor seeks a suitably qualified / experienced Key Account Manager to join their dynamic Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible managing the processes and resources that improve, grow and retain key clients through the successful implementation and management of client contracts, contributing to operational effectiveness, client satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements
Key performance areas
Publish monthly client dashboard reporting on key performance indicators
Publish internal monthly review report to EXCO per client containing key information.
Manage monthly review meetings and ad-hoc meetings as required by the client
Orchestrate and lead interdepartmental interactions in support of the client.
Ensure the administration related to the clients are up to date and in an exemplary and professional manner.
Relevant sales or marketing qualification
At least 5 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in a senior level / management capacity
Have a proven sales and marketing background.
Must have experience in and solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical supply chain / warehouse / distribution environment
Be able to communicate with Customers and Clients at senior levels in their organisation.
Self-starter who is able to develop relationships and engender transparency
Able to work accurately under pressure
Proven ability to solve problems by engaging key stakeholders
Be accountable to internal and external stakeholders
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced level)
Analytical skills, attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
