Company based in Randburg seeks a strong Payroll Administrator with 5+ years of experience. MUST HAVE SAGE 300 and Candidates must be available immediately as this is a contract position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring that all deductions are in accordance with legislation or rules of the fund, medical aid, company policy. Review and process staff incentives (Incentives for all employees will be provided to be processed) salary increases, pay Commissioners, EMP201, process monthly journals, General Ledger recons
Returns and Reporting
Ensure that all employee related statutory returns are submitted timeously and accurately, including - Employee tax, Employment Equity, Skills Development, BEE, Statistics SA Liaise with listed company HR and Payroll for reports required
3rd Party Management
Liaise with company retirement fund provers and communicate and action change requests from employees and the fund provers. Liaise with company medical aid provers. Compliance, SARS, Pension, Union fees, WCA, Garnishees, etc
