Top Company within the Financial Services Industry seeks a CRM Team Lead to lead a team delivering a digital, multi-channel, data-driven CRM programme for prospects and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Building a multi-channel, targeted and personalised digital client relationship management system to drive lead nurturing, conversion, same and multi-product usage, improved reactivation and reduced attrition.
Managing the evolving suite of CRM campaigns and materials, ensuring excellence.
Managing the team and the day-to-day output
Responsibility for meeting KPIs and working with marketing intelligence to record and report performance data and then make recommendations for future campaigns based on that data.
Working closely with sales and service teams to ensure messaging and campaigns are coordinated.
Ensuring that communications are sent according to best practice and company and brand guidelines, and have been approved by the compliance department.
Working closely with the marketing operations team and development teams to ensure we are getting the best out of technology and suggest new technology where necessary.
Working with content teams to ensure we have the right content at the right time to meet CRM needs
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum 3 years digital CRM experience
