Product Manager (Financial Services with UI/UX experience)
International Financial Services IT Solutions company is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overview of our technology systems and the team
Our client has built a proprietary SaaS product called vsuite. The product offers an automated approach to managing VAT calculation, compliance and filing. The system delivers country-specific VAT expertise that can handle global VAT
calculation and preparation of statutory reports. This filing system links directly to several European tax office submission portals wherever possible to give the user the ability to file electronically. These solutions include: one-click
integration with their client’s financial systems; automated data extraction, analysis and processing of massive transaction volumes; and interactive client service and reporting portals. Their goal is to continue to develop technology that will reduce friction in the tax services landscape, improve customer experience and support enterprise growth.
Key Responsibilities
Running tech team daily stand-ups and managing sprint planning
Co-ordinating between the respective business units and tech teams
Research of new feature requirements and tech specifications
Implementation and design of new feature releases
Managing the UX and UI process
Managing tech implementation roll outs
Managing integrations with other platforms
Assisting sales teams with tech demos
Assisting clients with the implementation of vsuite
Training for internal teams and clients on new feature releases
End-to-end testing of the products it meets customer requirements
Optimising the product development process applications
The product manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education/ Experience:
Degree or Related Qualification within the IT field
Excellent High School and University Results – NOT Negotiable
