Job Description:
My Client who specialises in Vehicle Tracking & Monitoring seeks a Junior Receptionist/Client Support Person with a maximum of 2 years.
Duties & Responsibilities
Fielding calls
Channelling every Client to the correct person / department to solve their query and then following up that they are satisfied and that their query has been resolved
These queries come via Whats App Group (take full responsibility for the management of the WhatsApp group – very busy group), emails and phone calls
