Office Manager
Introduction
EE. My client, a well established concern based in Somerset West is seeking to employ an Office Manager with a proven track record, tertiary qualification and valid drivers license and own transport. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a creative mind and the ability to take initiative.
Description
Duties will include:
Managing reception, maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, shopping and errands etc
Scheduling of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and procedures
Organise and supervise office operations and procedures
Coordinate with IT department regarding all office equipment requirements
Manager contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers and leasing agent
Manager budget
Greeting clients and visitors (professional appearance)
Assist with onboarding of new staff members
Assist with preparing letters, presentations, reports and proposals
Database / Helpdesk Admin
Market and Sales related function as required
Requirements:
Min Grade 12 with a qualification in Office Management or similar
Relevant experience as an Office Manager
Excellent communication skills
MS Office
Some experience in Pastel / Xero Accounting will be advantageous
A professional manner, appearance and attention to detail
Own transport and valid license
