Description: A company selling chemicals, consumables and equipment into the scientific sector is looking for two Chromatography/Spectroscopy Sales Specialists to join their team. Duties will include but not limited to: Sales and promotion of consumable and smaller products. Visit all customer in a defined area. Promote all the product available from the company to all companies in the defined area. Keep a up to dates record of all inquiries and requests from customers in the defined area. Maintain point of contact for all clients related to all sales and support inquiries. Refining support and sales processes to satisfy evolving needs of the team Maintain a good customer contact and follow up regarding all support and sales activities. Promote all department products to prospective customers
Location: Johannesburg and Pretoria
Key Requirements: Must have a four year post matric qualification in a scientific field. Sales experience in consumable and smaller analytical equipment. First class skills in Excel and MS office packages Must have a valid driver’s license and own car. Laboratory consumables experience. Chromatography and or Spectroscopy application, consumable, and instrument knowledge. Proven track record in an internal sale and / or customer service role (ideally within an analytical sales environment)
