The position will be based in Wadeville and the incumbent will report to the Manager - Compensation and Benefits.
Responsible for data maintenance on SAP and provide full SAP administration support to the HR team in Joy Global Africa;
Responsible to provide accurate data for annual increase and bonus review processes. Support managers and employees in using the ECM and GPS systems during the process;
Compile compensation and HR reports used for internal decision making;
Provide support in grading and evaluation of jobs within the company;
Provide support in the formulation and updating of compensation and benefits related strategies & policies procedures and practices for approval by the functional directors to support company operational and strategic initiatives;
Support the Compensation and Benefits Manager with performance management communication and training;
Compile salary recommendations for new hires and promotions;
Conduct regular and effective data audit; and
Participate in market data survey.
