My Client, a national wholesaler, importer / exporter of specialist equipment, located in Blackheath, Kuilsriver, is seeking to employ a warehouse clerk for a six month contract.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Afford efficient administration practices and support to the local warehouse.
Ensure coordination of admin, financial and customer related issues.
Accurate reporting on financial related issues of the branch.
Asset management- loss prevention
Manning of switchboard
Attending to company visitors
General administrative duties.
Afford efficient administration practices and support to the sales team
Ensure coordination of sales related issues.
Accurate reporting on sales related issues to the branch manager.
Scanning and Filling of invoices daily
Balancing Cash box and Counter Sales

Requirements:
• Matriculated
• Administration/ Financial diploma or relevant B degree.
• 2 years administration/ financial experience.
• Valid Drivers Licence
