Technical Support Call Centre Agent (First Line) needed for a well-established manufacturing and development company in Stellenbosch.
Duties & Responsibilities
Start date: ASAP
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual
Computer literate (Full Microsoft Package)
Critical thinker and good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and phone ethics as you will be dealing with International Customers
Basic knowledge of all sport including golf, tennis, cricket
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Baseball and Golf knowledge would be an advantage
Critically and technically minded
Available to work shifts including US hours
Document technical requirements, usage procedures, and common problem fixes.
Provide technical support and customer service to software users.
Provide technical support telephonically for International clients
Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and desktop software
Ability to seek solutions to problems using one’s own resources
Minimum of one year in a supportive Technician/Customer service role
Driver’s license and own transport.
The Employee will also be expected to carry out any reasonable instructions in line with the job description that may be required by the company.
