A role exists for a Trust and Wills Manager to oversee the daily operations of Trust and Will processes. To ensure processes and procedures are adhered to on time and according to rules and regulations and the implementation thereof.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement operational systems to streamline operations and maximise revenue and shareholders’ interest
Ensure business processing is not interrupted
Facilitate communications between various departments in the Trust
Provide input to Strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
Leading the operations team in posting financial transactions, lot and basis reconciliations and client reporting
Tax balance and estimate processing
The overall implementation on a strategic level
Undertake a diverse array of specialist processing duties, and act as the day to day point of contact for clients where you'll strive to develop strong relationships based on transparency, trust, and simplicity.
Providing a world class customer experience through a deep understanding of requirements
Communicating necessary information and professionally managing client expectations
Maintaining a high level of industry knowledge in order to provide swift solutions
Proactively identifying and managing any potential risk and issues
Review Trust relationships
Trust and Wills Administration
Compile and process documentation
Attend to Estate reporting
Support clients with a range of trusts, acting as point of contact and ensuring all requirements are met
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this Trust Senior Manager role you'll need:
Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail,
Able to carefully listen to and understand the needs of clients to meet their individual requirements.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and the ability to adapt your style to meet your audience
Proven track record with Trust and Estates.
Liaise with external and internal clients, financial institutions and any other relevant parties
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience working within the Financial services Industry within a Large Corporate
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
7-10 years relevant experience
