Job Description:
My client, an exclusive retailer, has a vacancy at their Head Office in Somerset West for an eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator. The main purpose of the role is to manage and supervise one on-line store, as well as manage the logistics, customer service and website control.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties:
Logistics of one on-line store:
Receive or and document correctly
Confirm inbound order
Porcess orders
Ensure correct pricing on site
Monitor picking and packing of orders
Follow-up on delivery of order and update tracker
Follow-up removal orders
Follow-up on damages
Processing waybills for JHB orders
Booking of delivery slots
Customer service:
Enusre invoices are supplied within the stipulated time framce
Deal with queries and complaints
Dealing with replacements
Stock and websire Control
Upload, website checks and price updates
Communication:
Communiate technical issue with E-Commerce Manager
Communicate customer issues to Head of Marketing and Retail
Knowledge required:
User knowledge of the CRM systems or database products.
English proficiency - high standard of verbal and written communication (good spelling and grammar is essential)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Strong product knowlegde
Ability to manage time efficiently
Must have strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills (Intermediate / Advanced level)
ERP experience preferable
